Banana Mash for Dry Face
Sounds gross and gooey but if you mash up a banana and leave on your face for 20 minutes, that should also help your dry skin. It can also reduce wrinkles!

Lemon Juice for Acne Scars
 Lemons, as well as other fruits like lime and pineapple, are natural acid exfoliants. Apply lemon juice or fruit puree to acne scars for 15 minutes and wash off. Note: you know how lemon juice lightens your hair in the sun (yet another beauty tip)? Well, it can also make your skin extra sensitive to the sun, so you might want to apply the lemon juice in the evening or some time when you won't be exposing yourself to the sun.

Vinegar for Dandruff
 Feeling a little flakeage? Pour vinegar onto hair, massage and let dry. Then wash hair. Repeat daily until hair is flake free.

Mashed Carrots for Oily Hair
Mash up cooked carrots and apply to hair for 15 minutes.

Here are some of the best ways to get your hair to grow longer, naturally…

1. Stimulating Scalp Massage:
A great way to get essential nutrients to your hair follicles is to give yourself a deep scalp massage. This can be done, really easily, in the shower or bath when washing your hair. Simply massage your scalp gently, with your fingertips, in a circular motion. Start at the back of your neck and move around the hair line.

2. Apply Nourishing Oils:
Providing necessary nourishment to your scalp is a must. Use natural oils, such as rosemary oil, olive oil, coconut oil etc, warm it slightly, and apply to your scalp.

3. Removing Scalp Residue:
Build-up on the scalp clogs the hair follicles and will reduce new growth. Equal parts apple cider vinegar and water makes a great scalp cleanse. Rinse hair weekly with the mixture.

4. Flip our Head Upside Down.
This may sound odd, but if done daily, for just a few minutes, increases circulation, and stimulates hair growth.

5. Maintain Healthy Hair: Healthy hair is stronger and resists breakage & split ends.
Moisture & More Moisture: Hydration is essential for healthy hair. Use conditioners that detangle and moisturize. When applying, focus on the lower half of your hair and the dry ends, avoiding the scalp, which leads to build-up. Also do a deep conditioning treatment every 2 weeks.

Regular Trims: Trim your hair regularly to remove split ends. Split ends are permanent and cannot be repaired. By trimming them, you prevent them from further splitting. I recommend trimming your hair every 6-8 weeks.

Avoid over using thermal styling tools: The intense heat generated by these appliances is very damaging to your hair’s overall health. Excessive use leads to fragile stands that are prone to breakage. This includes curling irons, flat irons and even blow dryers. When you do thermal style, make sure to use a heat protectant.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Harsh chemicals such as highlights, hair color, relaxers, strengtheners, and perms are very hard on hair. Reducing your use of the services will help improve your hair’s health, promoting healthy, new growth.

If you have words and phrases that occur often, rearrange the order to keep each tag unique. We don't recommend using the same string of keywords on all of your pages because it could hamper your SEO.

You can use the Keyword Ranking report in Search Engine Visibility to see where your site ranks on search engines for specific keyword searches. Search Engine Visibility shows you the ranking information for saved keywords on your home page keywords, as well as keywords shared throughout the site.

Eating Multiple Meals for Good Health:   
               

      Did you know that eating more meals a day is actually good for you? It's true. Most people eat the standard three meals a day: morning, noon, and evening. That's convenient I know, but how often have you been hungry in between those times? Let me give you a quick explanation of why you should eat more meals per day. Basically, by giving your body a constant supply of food in smaller amounts, it increases your metabolism, and we all know what that means. That's right, weight loss. Just think, just by changing the times and frequency of your meals you can aid in weight loss. That doesn't mean you can eat junk food as your meals, you have to eat reasonably of course.

The first meal of the day, as I am sure most of you heard from your mothers, is the most important meal of the day. You have been depriving your body of food for 7-10 hours while you sleep and it is starving for nutrients. Have you ever noticed if you skip breakfast you actually feel less hungry at lunch time then you do if you ate breakfast? That is because your body has gone in to nutrient saving mode, it slows down your metabolism because it doesn't know when you will feed it next! So if you think about it, eating more often is the intelligent thing to do!

How much, and how often should you eat? If you are just changing your eating schedule for general health, I suggest eating six meals a day. If you are working out at the gym, or are really physically active, try a seventh meal right after your workout! Below I will outline a general example of a six meal day.

07:00 - (Biggest Meal of the Day): Whole Grain Toast, try use Jam rather than butter. 1-3 Pieces of Bacon (A little bit of fat per day is ok!), 1-2 Eggs, Milk (skim), Fruit or Fruit juice.

09:30 - Apple, Banana, Yogurt, Health Bar, Glass of Milk (skim)

11:45 - Baked/Boiled Potato, Steamed Vegetables, Milk (skim)

14:00 - Tuna, Fruit, Low fat Dairy Product

17:30 - Chicken Breast, Rice, Potato, Vegetables, Salad

20:00 - Light snack, try to avoid carbohydrates 3-4 hours before bed!

It may seem hard to integrate these meals into a 9-5 workday, but give it your best and reap the benefits!

Remember, don't cut snack foods, chocolates, chips out of your diet completely, take one day a week to have that extra snack to pay yourself for doing so good! just don't over indulge!

Due to its huge success and easy usage, following are a few tips and pointers if you are interested in using this amazingly powerful system.

The first and foremost thing that you would require is a working website. Google does not just accept any website for its Adsense program, in fact there happens to be a certain criteria which your website should fulfill. A simple sum up of this criterion would be that you must own a website that is genuine and is made for a purpose other than earning from Adsense and you are likely to be accepted. Now since you have the most essential pre-requisite fulfilled, you need to sign up with Google for the Adsense program. For this you would require some basic information like your website URL, website language, name, address and telephone number. Fill in the form with the appropriate details, and read in the policy details with great care before submitting in your records.

Once you are done with this procedure, you will have to wait for an email notification. This email has to be opened and the instructions followed in order to confirm that you have applied and then to activate you’re newly formed Adsense account. You are now done with the registration part. You will now use your account to put up advertisements on your website. For this open up your account and get your HTML code. Now use your username and password to get in to the Adsense setup. Here you will be required to choose the correct ad unit and format that fits your website. When you have this, copy and paste your HTML code in the appropriate place on your website and save the changes. You are now all set to begin and experience Google Adsense.
